So far so good, no issuesI was looking for a good home office phone after my previous one developed some problems after many years of use. This Panasonic phone is easy to set-up, easy to use, intuitive menus, has a lot of great features and decent sound quality. The only thing I would rate less than five stars is the quality of the speakerphone sound, which is not as good as my previous office phone. That said, callers can seem to hear me fine, even if the sound on my end is not stellar. The handset sound quality is great. Overall, I am very happy with this phone and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid landline home office phone.I bought 2 handsets at the same time, after a week of using it, one of them doesn’t have any sound when I someone is on the line, the other one doesn’t ring when there’s incoming phone callsMy clients love their phones, that's good enough for me.Dark orange display and tiny print makes it impossible to see data on phone. Base unit is great… Need another phone next to me to see who is calling on the fly.I like the product except that it is a cordless extension and has to be used in the USATried two different devices to record music from both of them were recorded blurry and lousy sounding for the caller and the phone speaker I would not ever use that feature and that’s one of the reasons why I bought this phone so I’m returningThe sound quality is horrible and then it literally stopped working after 7 months
